    NTRP Logo Contest Rules

    Eligibility:

    Only active NTRP members can participate in the contest. Click here to become a member.

    Submission Guidelines:

    1. Participants may submit up to two unique logo designs.

    2. Designs must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for any other contests.

    3. Entries should be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI, will need to be able to convert to vector (hi-res) format.

    4. Please limit to a maximum of 3 colors, and clearly specify (hex color code, RGB values or pantone) used in the design.

    Design Requirements:

    1. The logo must include the acronym "NTRP" or North Texas Relocation Professionals.

    2. Designs should reflect the mission and values of NTRP, emphasizing community, professionalism, and inclusivity of members and all cities part of North Texas.

    3. The logo should be scalable and easily recognizable in both color and black-and-white formats.

    Submission Process:

    1. All entries must be submitted via email to northtexasrelocation@gmail.com by the deadline.

    2. Each submission should include the participant's name, contact information, and a brief description of the design.

    Deadline:

    The deadline for submitting entries is **March 29, 2024, 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (CST)**.

    Judging Criteria:

    1. Originality and Creativity

    2. Relevance to NTRP's Mission and Values

    3. Aesthetic Appeal

    4. Clarity and Versatility

    Prize:

    The top 3 designs will be selected by the NTRP Logo Selection committee and the winner will be voted by the NTRP board of directors prior to the next NTRP meeting on April 30th.

    The winner will receive a free conference admission (Spring or Fall in 2024) and have their logo featured prominently on NTRP's website for 2024.

    Notification:

    The winner will be announced at the next NTRP event on April 30th.

    Intellectual Property:

    By submitting an entry, participants agree that NTRP retains the right to use and modify the winning design for promotional and branding purposes. The winning design becomes the property of North Texas Relocation Professionals.

    NTRP reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.

    Volunteering at Minnie’s Food Pantry offers a great opportunity for our NTRP group to provide a meaningful, positive impact in our local community! During your volunteer experience at Minnie’s Food Pantry, our group will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to those listed below.


    Volunteer Task:

    Contactless interaction with clients: placing food items in trunk of client's vehicle via drive through distribution preparing bags filled with fresh produce & dairy items, preparing bags filled with frozen items, such as meats and ready-to-eat meals, stocking shelves, sorting donations, preparing boxes, assisting at Minnie's Boutique, etc. (volunteer task vary day to day based on organization needs)


    Volunteer Requirements/Age Requirements:
    1.  Due to the nature of the tasks to be accomplished we require all volunteers to be 16 years or older. In addition, volunteers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

    2. When you check-in, your temperature will be taken and you'll be asked to confirm you've been free of COVID/ Flu like symptoms for the past 10 days. Staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others from getting sick. Wearing a mask is optional while serving at Minnie's Food Pantry. 

    3. Must be able to lift 40lbs.
