We are excited to announce that this year we have expanded our fall meeting to a full day conference. Tickets are $150. Corporate guests will continue to be free. Purchase your ticket now for the early bird rate of $125 through September 1. Tickets purchased at the door will be $200.

We have two great keynote speakers:

 

Lynden Melmed is a partner with Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and oversees the firm’s compliance and government affairs practices. Before joining BAL, Lynden served as Chief Counsel of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), that agency’s highest-ranking legal position. Today, Lynden counsels corporate clients on complex immigration matters, assists businesses in establishing and managing global immigration programs, and represents businesses in connection with audits and investigations by the federal government.


Caroline Carter is founder and CEO of Done In a Day, a Washington, DC-based home transition and move management company that has helped more than 2,000 families prepare their houses to sell for top dollar and avoid the chaos and stress of moving. Regardless of price point, the home transition process is the same for everyone, and it is an emotional, financial and physical roller coaster. In her first book, Smart Moves: How to Save Time and Money While Transitioning Your Home and Life, Caroline walks readers through her approach, sharing expert advice designed to empower homeowners as they make decisions regarding their biggest financial asset.
