Kelvin serves as  Diversity, Equity,& Inclusion Sr. Director for Delek US Oil and Gas. His primary objective is to build partnerships and relationships to influence and manage Delek’s culture change to support diversity, equity  and inclusion, along with soft skill trainings throughout  the entire organization.

Kelvin works with the CEO, and his SR. Leadership team to help foster the goal of creating the Delek of the future. They’re beginning a great transformational strategy in 2020 in the work place. His role will prove to be instrumental in the change management processes. The company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts will assist in building a reputation at Delek US as a Best Place to Work.

Kelvin formally served as the HRBP for all of the Retail stores at Delek. Prior to Delek, he oversaw HR for 15 states for Walmart/ Sam’s Club based out of California. It encompassed 101 Sam’s Clubs and approximately 20,000 associates. Kevin’s published a book entitled Be Brilliant in the Basics in 2017 with more information available at www.Bebrilliantinthebasics.com. He has certifications from USC and TCU related to Business Leadership. Health and Wellness are a big part of his life to bring his best self to his work and personal life as he enjoys inspiring people and being inspired!
